Okay, now for the story summary:
Welcome to a world under toil as it has been struck with new life, anthropomorphic life-forms. When scientists discovered a portal to a new world, a world filled with fantastic creatures living in solitude - hoping for a new life, an accident occurred. No one knows quite how it happened, but the essence of the creatures living in that world filled the opening portal and spread out into the world like a virus.
It took over peoples souls, minds, and bodies - transforming their physical and mental appearance completely. When this occurred, the humans that were affected by this "Virus" obtained new memories, different senses and saw the world as a new person - besides still having memories of their own as humans.
As time passed, culture changed, life was different, it was a world of two different races. For a time, the change was too much for humans, and they began a revolt against the ones who were transformed.
While this was occurring, political officials sought out anyone who would take control over this dire situation and flush out Racism.
And as a receiving shock, they discovered a family of creatures that surfaced and took action. They risked everything coming out of their homes beneath the world in the sewers - in doing so - the ones in charge of Earth soon realized that this "problem" had already been taken place with this family of "mutants" as they preferred to be called (since their transformations were different then the humans - being biological and explainable scientifically) yet in a peaceful sense altogether. The US Government, alongside with the United Kingdom and all different forms of government appointed secretly this family of mutants to take charge of the Anthropomorphic race and stop the battles between the humans and themselves - this is "The Green Gang" was formed.

Okay this part of the story takes place six months after they've been appointed to be in charge of the anthropomorphic race, and it was leaked that "a certain group of mutant anthro's" have been trying to fix "the problem" - some people have been dumb enough to try and kill them while they reside in New York City. That white-wall thing you see is a huge fortress nestled around New York City - to prevent full front attacks. It's a sensitive-organic electronic wall that is touch-sensitive so anyone trying to sneak up the all would be caught.
