spidey says what are u talking bout im trying to stop u now TAKE THIS as he punches all the turtles leo don raph and mikey went flying backwords spidey attacks again leo jumps him from behind mikey ties spiderman up with his grap;er hook and tells spidey were not the crooks as spiderman breaks free he tells them then what are u guys eh things doing here don says were trying to stop an crime group rund by kingpin spidey says looks like were both superheros hey this is the last time id team up with soemone green

spidey and the turtles arrive at kingpins base and leo says were going to get u kingpin the kingpin stands up and says who are u freaks don says were the ninja turtles and were going to stop u then hobgoblin comes out of nowhere and attacs them spidey tells the turtles to go after kingpin while he deals with hobgoblin leo says alright kingpin ur through then the kingpin stands up and says we will see about that

part 2 the showdown
turtles vs kingpin

the turtles attack the kingin mikey jumps in front and kicks him
but the kingpin picks up mikey and chokes him to death
donatello comes in and whaks kingpin in the face allowing him to fall on the ground

spiderman vs the hobgoblin

the hobgoblin throws dossens of bombs at him but spiderman dodges them jumps around and climbs on the wall then the hobgoblin charges at him spidey dodges it then he grabs the goblin and throws him in the ground

turtles vs hobgoblin

the hobgoblin is useless donny jumps in front of him and whacks him raph sees an opening and throws his sai at the hobgoblins gas bomb allowing it to explode in his face the hobgoblin is doomed
leo jumps in and saves the 4 turtles from gettin gased in the face


spiderman and tmnt vs kingpin

kingpin chokes spiderman and throws him in the ground
raph says spiderman look out then he throws a sai at the kingpin
but the kingpin dodges it
kingpin says okay i think i'm done playing with you guys
then he jumps in quick and punches the turtles in the face then he gets webbed by spiderman but he breaks free and picks u spiderman and throws him
michelangelo and donatello jumps in front of the kingpin and attacks but gets pwnd quickly

leo raph and spiderman vs kingpin

raph and spiderman sneaks up at kingpin and kicks him but the kingpin reaches his full rage and knocks them out.

leonardo vs the kingpin

kingpin says what are you going to do little turtle you're useless and weak
leo reaches his full peotinal and rage then he says no i'm NOT I'M GOING TO END THIS he jumps in kicks kingpin in the face 3 times kingpin punches him leo dodges it and flipkicks him in the nose kingpin charges then leo jumps out of the way and kicks him in the back super fast and super hard 90 times then the kingpin falls in the ground and faints

next leo has to carry the turtles and spiderman out of the fortress.

part 3 the escape


find a way out of here

leo picks up the turtles and spiderman to an safety place and heals them there alive they try to find a way out of here while they walk through the hallways spiderman sensec a trap and tells them to stop
raph says whats wrong spiderman says it's a trap don says well then i'l just hack into the system
one of the kingpins assasins wears a juel that dosent effect spidermans senses then he sneaks up behind him and hynotises him to fight the turtles

the showdown spiderman vs ninja turtles

spidermans eyes turns red when he got hypnotized and attacks the turtles he punches 3 of them very quickly then he grabs raph and beats the rest to the death of his body don says he's hypnotized
9 minutes later donatello grabs the assasins control device and breaks it spiderman is free

the chase

michelangelo trips the alarm by accident and they both got spotted
leo raph don and spidey all yell at once in an amgry way MIKEY!!!
65 assasins chase them spiderman grabs mikey and donny and escapes with them leo and raph are the fast ones they get away
spiderman mikey and donny are free but just when leo and raph make it out one of the assasins closes the doors
spiderman knows they cant make it then he grabs them with his webbing and pulls them out

superhero team up

when they walk home they both discuss about joining forces
spidey-i never thaugh i would team up with someone green but thanks
mikey-no prob just remember that toghter were unbeatable
donny-yea we got problems with shredder maybe you could help us stop him for good
spidey-hmmm i dont know what the heck it's a team up


the next time they see spiderman again is when they attack shredder
also the shredder joins forces with the kingpin.
